Culpepper and Associates, a leading provider of compensation survey data, analytics, and consulting services, has an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Full Stack .NET Web Developer in Alpharetta, GA.

We are expanding our development team and looking for a talented professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our compensation analytics products and services.

  • Design and develop web applications with ASP.NET and Angular.
  • Collaborate with other developers on projects for web-based data analytics products and services.
  • Assist in creating new features in our business logic and data access objects.
  • Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain web applications to ensure performance, high availability, and security.
  • Document code and processes. Use Source control (GIT) including proper branching, merging, commits, and comments.
  • As needed, assist in redesigning and rewriting legacy VB.NET Web Forms and VBA applications.


  • Must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Must live in the Atlanta metro area. Local hires only. Relocation package not available.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills using the English language.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Programming, Software Engineering, or another related field.
  • Three plus years of professional experience with ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and WebAPI.
  • Two plus years of professional experience with Angular.
  • Three plus years of professional experience with Javascript, jQuery, CSS3, and HTML.
  • Mobile and Responsive UI design experience.
  • Solid understanding of ASP.NET & IIS security, basic concepts of secure coding, and best practices for developing secure web applications.
  • Strong analytical and mathematic skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills

The following experiences and skills are a plus and nice to have but not required:

  • Professional experience, education, or formal training in statistics, data analytics, or data science.
  • Professional experience in HR tech or working knowledge of HR analytics and technology solutions.
  • Microsoft .NET Certifications or related certifications.
  • Microsoft IIS.
  • Microsoft Windows Services.
  • Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Microsoft ML.NET. Experience with R or Python.
  • Microsoft Power BI.
  • Microsoft Azure.
  • JSON.
