Participation in Culpepper Compensation Surveys
We collect and report updated compensation data year-round, allowing you to align your data submission with your organization's salary review cycle.
Participation Requirements
To ensure that we report current and comprehensive compensation data, participation is required for all Culpepper Compensation Surveys.

All subscribers must submit current compensation data for all employees matching jobs covered in each survey and geographic location included in a survey license.

If data is submitted for all worldwide locations, you will receive access to all available countries included in your survey license. If you are unable to submit data for all worldwide locations, you will receive access to countries submitted.

Participation Deadline
Organizations that review salaries on a common annual focal date are required to participate and submit data as soon as possible after salary reviews.

Organizations that review salaries on the anniversary of an individual employee's date of hire are required to participate and submit data within 60 days of activating a subscription license. However, if needed, a deferred participation date can be arranged if mutually agreed to at the time a survey subscription license is purchased.

Confidentiality
We fully recognize the sensitivity of survey participant & client data and hold individual company and incumbent-level data in strictest confidence. Data submitted to Culpepper is not disclosed to or resold by third parties. Survey data is only published in aggregate form and is never displayed or released by Culpepper in such a way that a participant's pay levels, practices, or personally identifiable information (PII) could be determined.
Eligibility to Participate
Executives and professionals within HR and finance departments responsible for compensation are eligible to participate and submit data on behalf of their organization.

Organizations not eligible to directly purchase or participate in Culpepper Compensation Surveys include:
  • Compensation and HR Consulting Firms
  • Compensation Survey Data Providers
  • Compensation Market Pricing Software Providers
  • Compensation Co-Sourcing and Outsourcing Providers
However, we encourage these types of organizations to have the companies they represent participate and order their own survey license.
