Culpepper and Associates, a leading provider of compensation survey data and consulting services, has a career opportunity for a Compensation Survey Consultant in Alpharetta, GA.

We are looking for a talented compensation professional to join our compensation survey team and serve our growing market.

Position Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Culpepper Compensation Survey clients to facilitate participation and compensation market pricing activities.
  • Review and analyze compensation survey data submissions of participating organizations to validate and verify compensation data.
  • Assist survey participants with use of online reporting tools and compensation benchmarking.
  • Conduct data audits and analysis to ensure integrity of compensation survey databases.
  • Research new and emerging jobs and write job descriptions to increase scope of jobs offered in surveys.
  • Provide feedback and contribute to creation and overall improvement of survey design, content, and reports.
  • Provide market pricing advisory services to compensation survey participants. As needed, assist compensation consulting team with custom data analysis or benchmarking.
  • As needed, assist with other compensation survey related tasks.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, human resources, finance, economics, or other related degree.
  • Previous professional compensation or related analytical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills using the English language.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and mathematical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., conditional formatting, validation, pivot tables, vlookups, macros).
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta metro area.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or related compensation certifications.
  • Prior experience with compensation surveys and market pricing.
